Recruitment
The process and who is responsible
No stage rests on a verbal understanding: each one has a side that answers for it.
The table below is a working scheme, not a statement of intent. It also tells you whom to contact when a stage stalls.
| Stage | Employer | BelDiscovery | Candidate or partner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Request | Gives the full conditions | Checks and formalises them | Provides truthful details |
| Selection | Interviews and decides | Runs the search and the checks | Attends the interview |
| Documents | Files the employer paperwork | Coordinates the route | Supplies documents on time |
| Ticket | Confirms it is ready to receive | Clears the agreed flight | Buys after confirmation |
| Arrival | Prepares housing and the workplace | Coordinates the meeting and the steps | Follows the route and the rules |
| Work | Signs the contract and honours it | Supports settling in | Does the work in good faith |
Questions & answers
- Do you guarantee employment?
- No. We organise the search and the support, but the employer decides, and the candidate has to meet the requirements and pass the necessary procedures.
- Who obtains the special permit?
- As a rule the employer files its own paperwork; the exact split of actions is fixed in the contract and the process map.
- Who pays for the ticket?
- It depends on the vacancy and the contract. In many models the candidate or the partner buys it once readiness to travel is confirmed.
- Can a worker be replaced?
- Replacement terms are set by contract. They usually cover inaccurate information, medical contraindications, offences and other agreed grounds.
- Can I send a passport through the form?
- No. The open form takes an application and a CV. The passport is handed over later through a secure channel.
- When can a candidate buy a ticket?
- Only after the mandatory checks are complete and the flight is confirmed in writing.
