About the company

BelDiscovery is a Belarusian company that brings together tourism, international recruitment and Belarusian craftsmanship. The three look unrelated at first glance, but they work towards the same result.

In tourism we host international guests, business trips included, and organise travel for residents of Belarus. We build cultural, historical, nature, food, pilgrimage, business and bespoke programmes.

In recruitment we help employers find workers, and help candidates and foreign partners follow a clear and lawful path to employment.

In the product direction we offer souvenirs, furniture and woodwork, including corporate and made-to-order pieces.

Our work rests on lawfulness, good faith, accountability, confidentiality and respect for reputation. We do not substitute attractive promises for the real process: first we establish the task, then we set the conditions, record who is responsible for what, and see the result through.

Mission

To open Belarus to the world and to build lasting connections between people, organisations and Belarusian opportunities — through travel, work, cooperation and craftsmanship.
