The BelDiscovery shop covers three ways to buy: a ready souvenir, furniture or woodwork for the home, and a made-to-order or corporate job.

How the section works

Every catalogue item has an item code and a price. Choose a piece and press “Enquire” or describe what you need in the form on the section page — a manager confirms availability and comes back with the lead time and a quotation.

Payment and returns

A catalogue item is paid for once availability is confirmed; the payment method is agreed when the order is placed. Made-to-order and corporate jobs are paid for once the quotation and the specification are agreed. Before paying, the buyer sees the currency charged, the delivery cost, the picking time and the return rules. Card details are not stored on the BelDiscovery site.

Questions & answers

Can you apply a logo?
If the technique is available for the piece chosen. We check the artwork, the size of the marking and the batch before quoting.
Can the size be changed?
For some pieces, yes. That request is handled as a made-to-order job.
Why can the shade differ from the image?
Natural wood has its own grain and shade, and the catalogue images are renderings of the pieces; colour also depends on the screen.
How do I find out the lead time?
For a catalogue item a manager confirms the lead time after your enquiry. For a made-to-order piece it is set after the technical assessment.
Do you ship abroad?
Whether international delivery is possible, what it costs and what the limits are is checked for the specific country, item and batch.
