Recruitment
For candidates
The work starts with checking the vacancy and checking your details.
We help a candidate understand the conditions before travelling: who the employer is, what work is offered, what the pay and the deductions are, the working hours, where you will live, who pays for documents and travel, and what is required of your health, experience and language.
How a candidate’s path runs
- Application form and CV — without sending a passport through an open form.
- Preliminary check of experience, qualifications and readiness for the conditions.
- Interview and the employer’s decision.
- Agreeing the service contract and any costs that apply.
- Preparing documents and the permit route.
- Buying the ticket only after the trip is confirmed.
- Arrival, registration, the medical examination and transfer to the employer.
- Employment contract and settling in.
What matters
- Do not hide illnesses, restrictions, convictions, document problems or your real experience.
- Do not buy a ticket without written confirmation of the route and the date.
- Read the vacancy and contract conditions carefully before paying or travelling.
- Send your passport and other sensitive documents only through the agreed secure channel.
- Do not hand money to unidentified intermediaries, and ask for documentary grounds for any payment.
- The employer makes the final hiring decision; the state authorities decide on visas and permits.
What the support costs
The cost depends on the occupation, the country, the vacancy, the services included and what has been agreed with the employer or partner. Before paying, the candidate receives a contract or other proper grounds, the amount, the payment schedule and the list of services.
Current openings are in the vacancies section.
Send your details
Do not send a passport or other sensitive documents through this form — after the first check a specialist will give you a secure channel for them.
