BelDiscovery can act as the receiving and coordinating party: take employer requests, check the conditions, arrange interviews, agree the documents, the arrival route and the first steps in Belarus. The partner is responsible for the lawfulness of its own activity, the accuracy of candidate data, pre-departure preparation and following the agreed process.
What we expect from a partner
- Registration and licensing documents of the company.
- Verification of the candidate identity, experience and motivation.
- Accurate translations and documents.
- Language and vocational preparation.
- No hidden payments and no false promises.
- Buying the ticket only once travel is permitted.
- Prompt contact when a status changes or a candidate withdraws.
The working model
Commercial rates, how costs are split, replacements, liability for inaccurate information and the settlement procedure are set by contract.
Propose cooperation
Describe the sectors, the volume of candidates and the working model you prefer. Confidential rates are not published on an open site and are discussed separately.
