The final amount in Belarusian roubles and the way pay is calculated are fixed in the employment contract.
A driving licence or a tractor operator licence must be provided in advance. In some cases a notarised translation of it may be required.

Requirements
- Experience operating a tractor and agricultural machinery.
- A tractor operator licence or another document confirming the qualification.
- Willingness to have practical skills tested.
- Ability to carry out the daily inspection of the machinery.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance rules.
- No medical contraindications.
- Compliance with occupational safety requirements.
- Basic Russian.
