Questions & answers

How much do I pay when booking?

The standard deposit is 50% of the tour price. For bookings less than 30 days ahead, non-refundable rates and holiday dates it can be higher, up to the full price. The exact amount is stated in the confirmation.

What if I cannot travel?

Rescheduling and refund terms depend on the timing and on which services have already been paid to suppliers. They are set out in the booking and cancellation terms, linked from the tour card.

Can the programme be changed?

Yes. The order of days and the set of sites adapt to your dates, group and interests, as long as the logistics and the bookings allow it.

Do you help with visas?

Yes. We check whether your citizenship and route call for a visa, choose the way to enter and prepare the visa support documents for a real trip. The decision to issue a visa rests with the authorised consular officer. See the Visa support section for details.

Can we have an interpreter?

Yes. The "from" price includes a Russian-speaking guide. A guide or interpreter in English, Spanish or another language is priced separately and confirmed against the dates.

What does "or equivalent" mean for a hotel?

A hotel of the same agreed category and comparable standard. The specific property is named in the confirmation.

Are the tours suitable for children?

It depends on the programme. For family trips we adjust the pace, the length of the excursions and the accommodation.

When is the best time to book?

Usually six to eight weeks ahead. For holidays, festivals and high season, earlier.
